At Adorre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your card deck for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. All purchases are processed and refunded through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
To request a refund, simply email us at support@adorre.app with your payment email address and we will process your refund promptly.
Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through Paddle by replying to your purchase receipt email.
We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
